AT 1200 Powder Feeder
A powder feeder is used to control the amont of material that is going to the thermal spray process. The powder can be an metal, alloy, ceramic, or a self fluxing alloy powder, carbide.
The AT 1200 is used with Plasma, HVOF, and Combustion Powder operations. The control panel has a digital display of the powder wheel rpm. A flow meter and pressure gage control the carrier gas.

The AT 1200 is a rotating disc powder feeder has it’s heritage in the Miller powder feeder. It is a direct replace meant for the Miller and the Praxair 1264. Features:

The PF 2810 Powder Feeder is designed to work with Plasma Guns, HVOF Guns, and Combustion Powder(6p II). The control panel has a digital display of the powder wheel rpm. They have a pressure gauge and flow meter to control the carrier gas.
